The Crooked 45 is a UK rock trio based in Reading featuring made up of ex-members of Attention Thieves, Alex Green and James Harris, with singer-songwriter Sam C Harris. The bands message, attitude and energy align with politically astute punk bands such as The Clash and The Sex Pistols. Brash and bold The Crooked 45 deliver their message with big riffs, smart, relatable lyrics and catchy choruses that you might hear from the likes of Royal Blood and Arctic Monkeys. The Crooked 45 have had support from the likes of BBC Radio, BBC Introducing, Total Rock & were featured as artists of the week by Louder following the release of their debut EP ‘Heathens’. The band are now back post pandemic with new a brand new single ‘Why are you complaining?’ which has already been championed by the likes of ‘Clash magazine’. After the band’s first string of sell out shows, the band recently signed to ‘Marshal live’ and will be heading out on tour from March 2022. The Midnight Vortex are a five - piece alternative rock band based in London. Spawned from a mutual love of grunge, blues-rock and raw guitar music, they produce a fierce blend of rich, heartfelt vocals & soaring, riff-laden guitars bolstered by a strong pulsing rhythm. Influences ranging from Zeppelin to Candlebox to Audioslave give their sound a nostalgic vibe with a modern edge. Packaged together with beautifully intricate songwriting and hooky chorus chants, they’re music is sure to stay with you. Their self-released debut single ‘Before You Know’ is a longing and bittersweet ballad, but this genre-blending fivesome have many moods in their repertoire yet to expose - so expect something different in 2022.

Oh Rococo is a three piece alternative rock band hailing from the South of England. Comprising of Terry Essen (Guitars, Vocals), Chris Vaughan (Bass, Vocals) and Keith Murray (Drums), the band has been active since the start of 2015 under the Oh Rococo name. Their music fuses catchy melodic lines and loud, sharp guitars with solid sounding bass and hard hitting drums to create a sound that is fresh, energetic and unique. Several of their tracks have been featured on BBC Introducing as well as being crowned Demo of the Week on BBC Radio Berkshire.
I met the Jamma crew at a gig in Manchester, and after getting to know them was invited to be the regional 'Jambassador' for Essex, UK. As an artist it's been great and they really helped me to push my latest single. As a 'Jambassador; they sent me a ton of free merch and personalised business cards and pay for me to check out gigs in my region to sign up artists and venues! I also was invited to perform on their professionally filmed podcast series, 'The Jamma Show' which was not only great fun but also a great way to get my music out to my fans!
We have recently signed up to Jamma and love that we can have a dedicated page for our band and also individual pages allowing us to advertise ourselves for solo work and showcase our material as a group and as separate band members. It's also great to be able to find potential new band members and stand in DEP musicians as and when we need them

I registered with Jamma before the launch and I was lucky enough to perform at their '331' launch event. Since going live I have used the website to build an artist page and upload all my content as well as connect to find paid gigs! It's super easy to use and they have always been there to support me whenever needed. Not only have I found paid work, but I have also been featured on podcasts and various special marketing projects which have been great for exposure, especially in these uncertain times.
