Eka I Bandura is a singer, songwriter, and musician. She plays a stringed plucked instrument called Bandura, which resembles a harp. This instrument is a part of Ukrainian culture, but Eka also plays modern popular hits—from Ed Sheeran to Bruno Mars; from Sting, Elton John to Jimi Hendrix, and Guns N' Roses and others..

This instrument is perfect for wedding ceremonies and aperitifs, as well as for restaurants, lounge cafes, hotel lobbies, and private parties where you want to enjoy elegant, beautiful, atmospheric music.

Eka also writes music for films — she has composed three soundtracks for Italian movies: "Sweetest Revenge," "La città racconta," and for the short film "Hope" made by students from the University of East London.

Eka received higher music education at the Kyiv University of Culture and Arts and also studied at the Academy of Contemporary Music in Italy. She has received numerous international awards in competitions supporting Ukrainian culture and music. She participated in the talent show "The Voice" in Italy. Eka preformed on Trafalgar Square for the Ukrainian event three times. She also performed at Westminster Palace for the world poetry and music festival organised by Saudha Organisation. In November Eka organised her first solo concert on a cruise boat in London, on which more than 200 people gathered.

Eka also performs with a band featuring drums/percussion, bass guitar, and electric guitar to add groove to your celebration and make even the most serious people dance! 😉 The band’s repertoire includes covers of pop and rock hits, as well as original songs by Eka dedicated to Ukraine.
