After discovering a love for music and rap at the early age of 2, Deezy Baby was able to draw from those who inspired his journey into the music business to create not only 3 mixtapes which were incredibly received but also his well anticipated album. Those who have inspired this journey to create his own music were artists such a 2Pac, Biggie, Lil Wayne, Kendrick Lemar and J Cole as well as his roots in Guadeloupe where the beautiful culture and music helped to shape and create the masterpieces that are not only apart of his mixtapes but are intertwined within his up and coming album. Not only has Deezy Baby put all his creative energy into his own music, he has also created his own independent record label where he has signed artists who have the same creative passion and drive as him, but who want the independence and creative control of their own work.
Black Water Records allows it's artists to benefit from being represented by a label but with the freedom of being an independent artist.
